- What did you like most?All Staff was friendly and helpful, location was very good for what we planned for that area of the city. Breakfast was good and I like the dining area which has large windows with sunshine! I enjoyed the modern design of the hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?1) Nonstop and numerous email and text reminders. Overbearing and after a while I just ignored. I wasn't sure if there was something I forgot or just informational. The urgency of the messages are misleading. I'm not sure if this is the norm for LA properties throughout LA or if this is unique to the Godfrey. In any case, it was annoying since I was on vacation. I fully realize that there are opt out options, but if you suffer from FOMO, it's going to drive customers absolutely insane. 2) I was given an interior room. I didn't realize there were interior rooms, was this mentioned when I booked through Booking.com? I would have chosen an outer room.
