Poor service, no atmosphere.
- What did you like most?The resort is relatively new. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom spacious and modern.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The reception staff are non helpful and rude. Twice a male receptionist walked away from the desk rather than check us in. There is no enquiry desk so to get an issue attended to you had to stand at the back of a long line checking in. Our Booking.com reservation included a $100 Us per day Food/Drink credit. The Conrad said the food wasn't part of the credit and refused to honour it. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. One of the rooms had a large yellowish wet patch beside the bed..disgusting.
