Cooling or heating is available depending on the season and temperature. br/ For Small Double Room, Double Room, High Floor City View Small Double Room, and High Floor City View Double Room, a maximum of 1 child under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bedding. br/ Swimming pool safety policies: br- Guests using the swimming pool are advised to visit the front desk on the first floor first to sign the 'terms of service.' br- The pool water is not hot. br- Drunk people are not allowed to use the swimming pool. br- Guests can bring their own food or beverages to the pool. However, alcohol or any firearms are strictly prohibited. br- Smoking is not allowed. br br/ The outdoor pool is open from July 4th to September 21th, 2025. (charged)

- What did you like most?Bed was comfortable. Two pillows. Staff was friendly enough. Good turn down service. Good water pressure. Decent location. Lots of lighting in the room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Personally I don't like starting off a hotel stay being ushered to a machine for check-in, in a lobby designed by the devil. The lobby/reception area managed to feel claustrophobic, confusing, and overstimulating all at once. Chaotic evil, lol. I know it's just a fraction of a stay, but as a first impression, it put me off after a tiring day of travel. I'm not that sensitive to sensory overload, either. I couldn't wait to get to the elevator every time I entered. Bathroom is on the smaller side of small. Don't understand why there's no way to angle the shower head except side to side, resulting in a hilarious almost horizonal spray. Airplane-restroom-sized sink. Not sure if I missed how to keep this from happening, but every time I entered my room, the television automatically turned on to let me know about the hotel. I come to my room to rest, not to contend with noise. Speaking of, this didn't bother me, but I could definitely hear other guests through the walls. I tried to control the heat in my room, and I always ended up with dry hot air blowing into my face. Woke up parched during the night. Pricey laundry room. Honestly, there are so many hotels in Tokyo, I would never stay here again.
Overall it was a good hotel to stay in.
