Excellent stay, Great Staff, Great...
- What did you like most?Easy check-in, escorted to quiet room, as pre requested. Comfortable quiet room. Friendly professional staff everywhere. Safe. Toiletries in both shower and at sink. Free water and tea, coffee, fridge with chargeable drinks and snack. Great help yourself breakfast with meats, fish, breads, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and cooked items. Coffee machine, teas, juices and water. Bar area, very art deco and serving good selection of drinks, not overly expensive. Hotel only a short walk to all tourist sites, Humbolt, BerlinerDom, Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust rememorial, Checkpoint Charlie, Topography of Terrror etc.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We'd been advised prior to arrival that works were going on to the restaurant area, re opening end of February, so just a pity not to have eaten there.
Excellent location, great staf but...
- What did you like most?Location was excellent, staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating. The lack of the designated restaurant didn't cause any major issues.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The cups in the rooms were tiny and normal sizes cups would have helped as well as supplying a sufficient amount of tea bags etc. Not have a menu for breakfast resulted in us not knowing what was available until we were offered an omelette. The food was good though but machine made coffee that you would see you a standard hotel wasn't.
