- What did you like most?Rooms were inside the building, needed a key to get into hallways where rooms were located. Parking lot closed at 12am, this is not normally ideal but is in a sketchy area
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff at check in wasnt knowledge about hotel policy, when asking he just said I dont know I dont work that shift I understand different shifts do different things (like PM versus Audit) but basic hotel policy like late check outs should be understood by all staff. Also took like 10-15 mins to check in when it should only take a few
