Rude staff
- What did you like most?The bed was comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?The customer service was terrible. Every time I ask a question or reported a problem staff seemed as though I was bothering them. There was a problem with check-in so I had to come back. Staff was very rude and preoccupied. At checkout, I had already reported the time I was going to leave, but I received a rude phone call with no greeting asking me was I checking out. The food was nasty. There were plumbing issues in my room that the maintenance man argued with me about. I will never stay here again.
