- What did you like most?Breakfast food quality was so-so. The female desk clerk during afternoon check in has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. She went above and beyond expectations. The young male desk clerk was just as courteous and professional
- Was there anything you didn't like?During attempt to extend our stay, there were complications w my debit card. As the desk clerk was attempting to help a short light-skinned woman with extensions came out and jumped into the conversation. I had no idea whom she was or why she was being so disruptive and confrontational with me. She didn't introduce herself, or anything a true professional would do to assess the situation. I continued to try to explain and she walked away. Moments later, the courteous desk clerk was told to remove me and my disabled 82 year old wheelchair-bound mother from the premises. I took our belongings outside into the cold wintery weather, but my mother was allowed to remain until we left to go to another hotel.
