- What did you like most?The location is great. The rooms were nice except the bathroom.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The client service was lacking not very good. The iron in the room was broken and I asked for a replacement but they could not get a replacement in time. They offered to bring me one after house cleaning arrived and I had an engagement that morning. This is certainly not how the W would have handled the problem. It seems like house cleaning may have used a dirty cleaning cloth that smelled up the bathroom. I had to use my own disinfectant wipes to clean it. I didn't bother calling the front desk because of my first interaction with them. They were dismissive. I skipped house cleaning the next day because I did not want the bathroom to smell again.
