- What did you like most?Staff was pleasant and helpful
- Was there anything you didn't like?Pool was closed and I was not told when speaking with front staff before I checked in. When I specifically searched for a hotel so that I could swim. TV remote had to be reprogrammed and replaced twice. Coffee pot had to be fixed and the Continental breakfast was also not up.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Pool was closed and had been for awhile. Breakfast had been grab and go for 2 months as the area was being updated but not advertised that way in the hotel listing. Our shower trickled water out so there was no way I could wash my hair. We found popcorn under the edge of the bed that wasn’t ours.
