The staff were very friendly...
- What did you like most?I’ve always loved the embassy suites and the room that the suites allow you to have. A separate living area and a bedroom area. We have always found to meet our comfort standards.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Realizing that this is an older property that was in desperate need of an upgrade. The furniture in the living room was old and stained as was the carpet. The bathroom needed a complete overhaul, especially the shower. The shower was not clean and full of leftover hair from maybe the previous guest. I always bring extra cleaning supplies for cruising, but had to use them prior to our cruise to clean the bathroom and wipe down surfaces in the hotel room. The towels were also overly used and needed to be replaced. I expected more from this hotel, as the area that it was in, with a very high-end shopping mall right around the corner.
